Age
CockBlock’d is an adult-themed game. The website, the demo and the physical game are intended for people aged 21 or older. By using the site you confirm you are at least 21, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
The free demo
The browser demo is provided free of charge for personal entertainment. Scores are measured on our servers, and we may reject, remove or hide results that appear automated, manipulated or abusive. Leaderboards, nicknames and friend-challenge links are a free feature that may change or be withdrawn at any time. Do not use a nickname that impersonates someone, includes contact details, or that a reasonable person would find hateful.
Prize promotions
From time to time we may run a daily prize promotion. When one is open, it is governed by its own official rules published at /promotion, including eligibility, dates, eligible countries, how winners are chosen and how to claim. Those rules take precedence over these terms for the promotion. When no promotion is open, playing and submitting a score does not award anything.
Buying the game
When online orders are open, the price, what is included, shipping regions, delivery estimates and the returns policy are shown before you pay. Orders are fulfilled by Zero Sigma Games LLC or a retailer named at checkout. If you buy through a retailer such as Amazon, that retailer’s terms and returns policy apply to the purchase.
We only send marketing email to addresses that have been confirmed and opted in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Address-confirmation and data-control emails are sent only when you ask for them. Details are in the privacy and data controls page.
Your content and conduct
Do not attempt to interfere with the service, forge results, scrape personal data, or use the site in a way that breaks the law where you are. We may block access from addresses or browsers that do.
Our content
The CockBlock’d name, chicken mascot, card art, icons and website are owned by Zero Sigma Games LLC or its licensors. You may share links, screenshots and result cards from the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Anything else needs our written permission.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The website and demo are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, and our total liability to you in connection with the website is limited to the amount you paid us for a product, if any. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and disputes will be handled in the courts located there, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived.
